Florida Gaming Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board/BETS) is the largest Jai-Alai operator in the world. It is also the largest card room operator in Florida. It offers pari-mutuel wagering on live Jai-Alai games, simulcast horse racing (thoroughbred & harness) & greyhound racing at its three pari-mutuel facilities in Miami, Ft. Pierce, & near Ocala, FL. It also operates poker & domino tables at its recently opened Crystal Card Room in Miami. These facilities contain an aggregate of 290,000 square feet of gaming space which accommodates over 8,000 gaming positions.

BETS operates its Courtview Club Restaurants at its Jai-Alai locations. There's a private elevator, separate betting facilities, individual TVs, & a spectacular view of the Jai-Alai court.

For Q2 ended 6/30/99, operating revenues were $3,782,213 (up 27%), with net income $314,497 (up from a net loss for Q2 1998 of $985,605).

For the six months ended 6/30/99, revenues were $10,047,900 (up 19%), with net income $2,006,609 (up from a net loss of $898,502 for the same period in 1998). This net represents about $0.34 per common share, or $0.68 annualized. A P/E of 20 would indicate a price potential of $13 rather than the current price of under $1 (the price as I write this is $0.75 - $1.00).

This is a solid, profitable situation. It's undervalued & selling at less than half of book. It has cash of $2.7 million, stockholders' equity of $13.3 million ($2.24/share), & qualifies for NASDAQ.

Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/IHTL) identifies, acquires, & incubates early stage niche technology companies. It has two subsidiaries. Extreme Telemetry Systems, Inc. (ETS) develops real-time sports data acquisition & broadcast technologies. Sen1.com (Sports Entertainment Network One) is creating a revolutionary new Internet broadcast network featuring real-time sports events, e-commerce, & real-time, one-on-one communications technology. Sen1.com is under development; I see it as the key element that will contribute to cash flow.

ETS's data acquisition telemetry technology delivers real-time physiological biofeedback, as well as mechanical & environmental data using electro-mechanical sensors worn by athletes and their equipment or vehicles. The data is transmitted via wireless. The result is that TV & Internet viewers will be able to see all sorts of data not before available.

For example, in an auto race where the company's technology is utilized, viewers of the event could see not only the traditional camera view of the race, but what the driver is feeling. That would be done by displaying such things as heart rate, respiration, G-force, grip pressure. How the car is performing could be observed by displaying RPM, MPH, braking action, throttle, which gear is being used, etc. The environmental aspects could be observed by displaying cockpit temperature, outside temperature, wind speed, etc.

In May 1999, a successful broadcast TV & Internet data testing series of ETS's X/T Motorsports System was completed with PEP Boys Indy Racing League's Team Pelfry "PetroMoly Race Car." It was driven by Robby Unser, the IRL's Rookie of the Year at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This technology raises a very interesting prospect -- sports fans being able to get some of the things they really would like to know regarding what's going on with the athlete & his or her equipment.

In July 1999, golf legend Jim Colbert entered into an agreement with ETS to assist in the development of ETS's X/T Golf Telemetry System. Jim will spearhead the testing & marketing of the new technology as it pertains to golf. Audiences will be able to see on-screen real-time data on a golfer's physical performance such as his heart rate, pressure on each foot as he swings, as well as his club selection, yards to the pin, how fast the ball came off the club, trajectory, & position of the club & ball, plus environmental on moisture, topography, etc.

ETS recently entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Media Technology Group (MTG) headquarted in Tokyo, Japan to provide specialized TV & Internet broadcast sports data technology to audiences in such Pacific Rim countries as Australia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, & Taiwan. TV & Internet revenues are estimated to exceed $51 million annually, according to the company's release 7/14/99.

While this is a new venture, the market potential certainly appears to be outstanding. Call Phil Flynn, IR @ 800-392-7961. www.innovativeholdings.com [R-5; M-7; L-8]

In Store Media Systems (OTC Bulletin Board/ISMS) designs, distributes, & operates electronic coupon distribution & clearing systems for supermarkets. Discount coupons are the only cash instruments in America today not processed electronically. ISMS can change that, as well as the way people shop & the way manufacturers promote their food, health, & beauty products.

For 100 years, package goods manufacturers (PGMs) have searched for better ways to get their coupons in the hands of their competitors' customers while reducing incentives to those who would buy their products anyway. At the same time, supermarkets have sought ways to reduce the hassle & cost of handling coupons while receiving faster reimbursement from PGMs for coupon discounts given to their shoppers.

In Store Media Systems' proprietary electronic coupon distribution & processing systems deliver to PGMs & supermarkets exactly what they have been seeking. The Company's patented electronic equipment, the Coupon Exchange Center? (CEC), distributes customer-targeted coupons at the precise time & place where most consumers make their buying decisions -- in the store -- & shoppers who use ISMS's In$taCa$hTM Coupons can redeem them for on-the-spot cash, not just discounts. If a shopper uses ISMS's Free Money Card? while exchanging unwanted coupons at a CEC's interactive electronic kiosk, that shopper will also receive additional bonus coupons based specifically on his/her shopping preferences.

ISMS's In$taClearingTM system revolutionizes coupon clearing by electronically validating the purchase & coupons right at checkout. What now takes six to eight weeks is done in seconds, & the validation virtually eliminates the misredemption problem that cost manufacturers over $800 million in 1998. The In$taClearing system reimburses the grocer every night by check or electronic funds transfer & also reports results to packaged goods manufacturers on a daily or weekly basis. ISMS will be paid the same fees to clear & process coupons that are currently paid by PGMs to manually process those coupons ?- In 1998, this represented a market of about $348 million.

ISMS has patent protection on its coupon distribution system & a patent pending on its coupon clearing system. Its systems provide unmatched benefits to manufacturers (they spent $6.2 billion to distribute & process their product coupons in 1998), to supermarkets, & to the 80% of consumers who use coupons in their shopping. Unisys Corp. (leading producer of ATMs & electronic check clearing systems) will manufacture & service ISMS's hardware & software. An agreement is in place with an investment banker for $600 million in rollout financing. Sonic Jet Performance, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/SJET) designs & makes a line of jet powered watercraft, including sporting boats, jet skis, & fire/rescue boats. They go 55 MPH & can travel in as little as 6" of water. One model is a paramedic/rescue boat called "Rescue Jet" with paramedic supplies.

A similar design is called "Fire/Rescue Jet." It has a separate 50 HP engine running a fire pump that can shoot a fire quenching stream of water a great distance. It is considerably less expensive than competitive fire boats, & it can go places they can't, such as shallow areas like those found in flood situations.

Both models can be helicopter lifted & placed near rescue, fire, or flood sites. They are operated by one person, & can transport six others. The hull is very stable, the boat is extremely maneuverable, fast, & versatile.

I looked at them on the Internet at www.sonicjet.com -- there are pictures of all the models, including the "Sonic Jet Delta," a seven passenger sporting version of the two commercial models. It's just as strong as they are, & has all of their performance features. It sells for $34,000, & was on display in Hammacher Schlemmer's 57th Street store window in NY. Management anticipates it will sell 2,500 of the sport model in the U.S. alone next year. Sales are expected to exceed over $50 million.

Founder Albert Mardikian has incorporated some of his designs & ideas in such exotic cars as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porche, & BMW. This situation is already operating profitably. Its 52-week high was 16, & its low was 2-5/8. It's about 4-1/2 as I write this. There are 12.6 million shares out & about 2 million in the float. All qualifications for a NASDAQ listing are in place, & a NASDAQ application is imminent. I suggest you check this one out -- I like situations that have completed their R&D phase & have gotten into their positive cash flow phase. Call Doug Flec @ 888-966-6633 or 561-966-6450.
