IBM's promotion of Mercury's six-package suite of airline management software to its current & prospective airline clients should add significantly to the company's bottom line. The IBM agreement gives Mercury a huge marketing boost, & adds skilled assistance in designing & fulfilling customized airline management systems. The IBM stamp of approval gives Mercury validity.

Mercury markets innovative management software that helps airlines organize, schedule, track, & manage their flight & cabin crews: Magellan, the flagship product, provides real-time decision support for managing airline crews on the day of operation. Cygnus is a fast, powerful system that generates & optimizes crew trips from scheduled flight sectors, identifies the most efficient operations, & meets federal, industry, & company regulations. NOVA, designed for medium or large airlines, quickly generates crew assignments for the next period's flight operations. NOVA Online is an Internet-based crew bidding system. NOVA Lite provides cost-effective, entry-level crew planning for small to medium sized airlines, & can be upgraded to the full-featured NOVA system. Regulus is an easy-to-use crew training curriculum development, records & reports system.

In 4/99, Mercury reported a 221% increase in Q4 revenues over the same period last year ($637,747 vs. $198,115) & a 74% increase for the entire year ($2.125 million versus $1.221 million). It has $2 million working capital & only about $100,000 long-term debt. Forster says: "We expect to be profitable by our fourth quarter to end April 30, 2000."

Mercury's client list includes Aloha Airlines, American Airlines, American Trans Air, Bahamaair, British Airways, Canadian Regional, Central Mountain Air, DHL, Federal Express, KLM Royal Dutch, Maersk Air (Denmark), Skywest (Australia), & others. The market potential for airline scheduling software was pegged in 1997 by Airline Financial News at $650 million, & growing by 20% annually. Disclaimer: The public companies featured in the Corporate Profiles listed in the "Special Situation" section on the Home Page of www.WallStreetCorner.com are our regular clients. Each such client pays an annual cash fee of $12,000, or alternatively, a monthly cash fee of $495 plus a negotiated number of Form 144 restricted shares for our service. We on rare occasions accept free-trading shares, but we usually hold such shares for the long pull - we do not engage in trading. Such fees are disclosed as part of the Corporate Profile prepared and posted on the particular company involved. The basic coverage provided to such clients primarily includes the preparation of their Corporate Profile, posting it here at WallStreetCorner.com, and the distribution of email alerts to our international database of investors and financial professionals when their Profile is initially posted, and each time their Profile is subsequently updated. We expect our clients to work with us in a team effort by calling us each time they have achieved a significant milestone. We then update their Profile and issue an additional email alert to our totally opt-in email database (as of July 2008, members of that database are from over 96 countries). The email distributions we make are a key element of our service -- those, as well as the updated Corporate Profile are what together are designed to achieve a gradual buildup of new shareholders who generally hold for the long term.
