Free E-Mail Service: We arranged to provide you with free e-mail service. Just go to www.WallStreetCorner.com & click where it says "Click Here For Free E-Mail" at the right side of the home page. You can get & send e-mail from anyplace in the world at any time.

WallStreetCorner.com: We originally created WallStreetCorner strictly as a venue for Conservative Speculator. After we were online, companies began calling us saying they liked the site. They asked how much it would cost to include their corporate profile at the site. We talked it over & decided to offer the first several companies charter memberships at $2,500 for six months of participation. They told us it was refreshing to get so much value for so little money. If you own stock in a company you feel would benefit from having greater exposure to financial professionals & investors worldwide, please suggest that someone at the company call me at 843-705-5591, fax me at 843-705-5592, or e-mail me at larry@wallstreetcorner.com. Thank you.

New Editorial Venues: I have been doing "Larry Oakley's Opinion," at WallStreetCorner. I update it about twice per month. Two more are now on the site: "Larry Oakley's Weekly Stock Pick," & "Larry Oakley's Daily Comment." Check them out. I change the Stock Pick every week & my Comment every day. It's probably the best way for you to be kept informed in between issues. I'll sometimes include an updated Sneak I've done in a past issue in my Stock Pick, & an update or two in my Daily Comment. If you want to be kept up to date, please look at these new venues every week or day.

New Editorial Contributor: Tony Velocci, a senior editor at McGraw Hill, will write the "Industry Commentary" column beginning with this issue. Tony writes for numerous business, financial, & general interest publications, including Fortune, Institutional Investor, Nation's Business, & The Robb Report. He is a recognized authority on the aerospace & air transport industries.

Wealth Expo '99: I'll be on a panel & will be a key speaker at Wealth Expo '99 November 18 to 20, 1999 at the Westin Resort on Hilton Head. It's a big conference -- over 500 attendies, 100 financial seminars, 50 exhibitors. I'd like to see you there. Call Marv Miller for more information. You can reach her at 800-513-6544 access Zero 4, or 770-425-3581, fax 770-423-0461, e-mail at wealthexpo@mindspring.com, or write 2377 Sentinel Place, Marietta, GA 30064.

Newagecities.com, Inc.
...continued from page one

NACT's main site, www.newagecities.com, while up in a preliminary form, is in the process of development -- it should be in its final form by year end.

Like WallStreetCorner, NACT is focusing its efforts on generating high traffic by utilizing cutting-edge web technologies & providing free e-mail & many features that visitors to the site find useful.

NACT will instill a sense of community by providing free home pages, classifieds & personals, a cyber-university, community calendars, Internet-only radio, topic specific chat rooms & discussion boards, interactive educational & informative "advertorial" content, auctions, & shopping based on communities of interest. Its mission: "Become the premier New Age & alternative health infomediary by offering a wide selection of goods & services to the New Age population."

There will be a variety of company stores within the site. Each will focus on a different new age product area. One of the most innovative aspects of the site is that people will be able to open their own mini-shops where they can market their own wares as well as selected products from NACT's database of products. This provides a marketplace where people can buy & sell online to others in an easy-to-navigate environment. NACT will derive a percentage of all sales.

Another program allows anyone with a web page to list one of NACT's items for sale. It then can be purchased through newagecities.com, with the web page owner receiving a commission.

NACT has acquired some strategic partners, but a major move was the acquisition of Member Net, Inc., a leading provider of information & services to members of the New Age community.

Member Net owned the Mind Body & Soul NetworkTM (MBSN) site www.mindbodysoul.com, whose content is now at www.newagecities.com. It generates about 500,000 page views/month. It has over 60,000 members & thousands of pages of content.

Disclaimer: The public companies featured in the Corporate Profiles listed in the "Special Situation" section on the Home Page of www.WallStreetCorner.com are our regular clients. Each such client pays an annual cash fee of $12,000, or alternatively, a monthly cash fee of $495 plus a negotiated number of Form 144 restricted shares for our service. We on rare occasions accept free-trading shares, but we usually hold such shares for the long pull - we do not engage in trading. Such fees are disclosed as part of the Corporate Profile prepared and posted on the particular company involved. The basic coverage provided to such clients primarily includes the preparation of their Corporate Profile, posting it here at WallStreetCorner.com, and the distribution of email alerts to our international database of investors and financial professionals when their Profile is initially posted, and each time their Profile is subsequently updated. We expect our clients to work with us in a team effort by calling us each time they have achieved a significant milestone. We then update their Profile and issue an additional email alert to our totally opt-in email database (as of July 2008, members of that database are from over 96 countries). The email distributions we make are a key element of our service -- those, as well as the updated Corporate Profile are what together are designed to achieve a gradual buildup of new shareholders who generally hold for the long term. If you are an officer at a public company and want the exposure afforded at WallStreetCorner.com, email Larry at up415@aol.com or call him at 843-645-2729. Information displayed by WallStreetCorner in its Corporate Profiles, and in its editorial or other columns, does not constitute an offer to buy, sell, or trade a security of any kind, including stock. Larry Oakley, and/or WallStreetCorner.com, Inc., does not recommend that any person, institution, or other entity make any decisions or form any opinions, etc. based on the information on this site. All visitors to this site are urged to do two things before investing in any stock: (1) Call the company and ask questions -- if there is anything you do not like regarding such call, pass -- our goal is to bring you a selection of what we feel are growth situations with good long-term appreciation potential, but you must accept the responsibility of making your own decisions regarding which situations to invest in -- do not give up that responsibility; and (2) Consult a qualified financial professional before taking any actions in regards to buying, selling, or trading securities (stocks or other forms of equity). Companies covered in Conservative Speculator, a newsletter accessed from WallStreetCorner, or in any of Larry Oakley's other editorial venues ("Opinion," "Stock Pick," "Comment," and "Bold Ventures" columns, and in any other editorial venue to which Larry contributes) do not pay for such editorial coverage; the companies Larry covers editorially have never, do not now, and never will be charged for editorial coverage. The only paid portions of WallStreetCorner.com are the Profiles and email distributions (email distributions are a part of the client's package, but occasionally are paid for separately by non-clients - if a non-client wants to utilize our email distributions, the cost is $2,000 for the first distribution, $1,500 for the second, $1,000 for the third, and $500 for all subsequent distributions made for the same company). On occasion, Larry Oakley shares his opinion regarding a private company or its product or service. Bear in mind that nothing at that special section is an investment possibility. To see that section, click where on the home page it says: "Click here to access our Special Emerging Growth Situations." See the introductory portion of that special section for additional information regarding the material covered there.
