Dow 30 Market Timing
By Kenneth Coleman
There are 14 bears, 98 bears, 8 holds & 3 basing stocks. This
is as bearish as the money flow has been since the summer correction
of the past year. United Technology split 2 for 1 & stated it would
increase stock buy backs. The stock is under heavy distribution
because United has stated it would incur heavy restructuring charges.
The NYSE Money Flow Index signaled a sell signal in early May
just as we went to press. I warned the index was at levels when
it historically corrects. I am certain the Fed is trying to scare
the market down. The Global Investment Strategist newsletter feels
the Fed leaked info to Wall Street indicating it would raise rates
by 75 basis points. That's what caused an up market to plunge over
200 points on May 27. Once Wall Street thought about the reliability
factor, the market bounced back to regain about half of Thursday's
losses. This is quite positive when you consider the close on Friday,
May 28 began a three day holiday. Keep your sell strategy in place!
