M&A West, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/MAWI -- Sneak 7/99) announced
it owns a 15% stake with an option to purchase an additional 20%
stake of Bay Area-based music company, Ronlan Entertainment (www.ronlan.com).
This latest investment by MAWI marks the Company's first venture

to be released in January. The Company is currently producing an
