greater than anything on the market now, or, as far as I know, even in development.

The battery can last more than twice as long as a conventional alkaline battery, is cheaper to build, more powerful, totally harmless to the environment, & recyclable. Since it can be made in multiple-layer thin-sheet form & molded in almost any shape, it therefore can serve as a structural part of the device being powered. This gives it the added advantage of not adding any additional weight to the device.

The initial application will probably be laptop computers. The R&D is just about completed, & the effort now is directed to production engineering to get the technology into its commercialization phase. I would guess product deliveries could begin by the end of this coming year. If this technology works as well as it looks to me, this situation will be a long-term winner about as good as Microsoft or Intel was. Call CEO Richard A. Shopss.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/SHPS) was trading at 5-1/2 when I wrote this 11/15/99. It just started trading Monday, 11/8/99 after its spin off from One Stop.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/OSCR), which I covered in another Sneak this month.

OSCR sold Shopss.com, Inc., its e-commerce subsidiary, which operates www.shopss.com. That subsidiary reported new orders of $60 million, revenues of $20 million, & net income of $6 million for the quarter ended 9/30/99.

OSCR sold it to AMCI International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board/AMMN), a fully reporting 12g company, which changed its name to Shopss.com, Inc., now trading as SHPS.

SHPS consists of two operations: (1) www.shopss.com, a virtual shopping mall that enables shoppers to buy all sorts of consumer goods, electronics, & books on the Internet; & (2) CCM Computer Accessories, Inc., which assembles computers & owns & operates customer fulfillment centers that function as warehouses & shipping facilities for products ordered at the virtual mall.

See my Sneak this month on OSCR for the terms of the sale to AMCI. My opinion is that the value of Shopss.com, Inc. will move up based on: (a) What it has already accomplished; (b) The fact that it is adequately financed; & (c) Management's aggressive posture.

Shopss.com announced 11/12/99 the opening of its second shopss.com Internet shopping store in Tel Aviv, Israel. SHPS also announced it is now offering online & on-site auctioning. Each day it will auction various items, including new cars, electronics, & groceries. Customers can bid on items at www.shopss.com starting in about a week, or on the shopss.com web site in Israel. Management expects to open three additional stores in Israel this month, more next year.

I looked at www.shopss.com on 11/13/99 & was impressed with the variety of products available, including all kinds & brands of coffee in the grocery store section, & the many products in other parts of the grocery category, in the health store area, etc. Look at the free computer deal the site offers -- I'd do it if we didn't already have four computers.

Check this one out. Call James H. Post @ Edelman PR @ 212-704-4473, or e-mail: jim_post@edelman.com
