USA Video On www.WallStreetCorner.com: USA Video began its
participation on the Internet's newest & hottest website a few weeks
ago. At that time, USVO was trading at $0.07 per share. As I write
this early in the morning on 3/31/99, I see it closed yesterday
at $0.25, for a gain of 257%. I can't say all of that is the result
of being on WallStreetCorner, but the web exposure certainly helped.
If you know of a company that could use help in getting their story
across, have them call me. My editorial number: 843-705-5591. If
no answer, I may be at 843-815-3399. If I'm not in the main office
when you call, please leave your number & I'll get back to you.
Web Site: The March issue is on-line as a sample. The current
issue requires a password, sent last week to every subscriber. Check
out the new features on www.WallStreetCorner.com. Financial Navigator
lets you check any stock & get all of the information that exists
on the Internet worldwide on that stock. Financial planners tell
me that with Financial Navigator, they get everything they need
& never have to go to any other site to get their financial information.
Tell your friends. A new page will soon be posted called "Larry
Oakley's Opinion." It will give visitors my current opinion on the
special situations on the site.
Check First: Do not invest in any situation without first
calling the company. Making such a check is really useful. Also
-- follow the strategies in "Winning Investment Strategies," sent
to every regular subscriber. The main ones are briefly summa-rized
in every issue under "Impor-tant Strategies."

USA Video
Interactive Corp.
Overview
USA Video Interactive Corp. is an international designer & supplier
of high-tech Video-on-DemandÔ systems & services. USVO's technology
allows users to view streaming video or to access digitized video
content over the Internet via existing twisted-pair telephone systems
or cable modems with copper or fiber-optic cable, or via set-top
cable TV boxes. It also can provide video via wireless, satellite,
Ethernet & ATM networks. Digitized content includes movies, sports,
entertain-ment, educational resources, corporate training seminars,
& other libraries & archives.
The technology gives users full-screen, full-motion, broadcast-quality
video. That includes the unique flexibility of standard, VCR-like
controls of play, fast-forward, reverse, & pause. It uses a standard
internet-browser format for access. It can accommodate 10,000 or
more streams (simultaneous users) accessing a single source with
unlimited content, with each user having full & independent control
of the viewing function.
USVO added wavelet compression to its array of compres-sion techniques
that include MPEG-1, MPEG-2, & MPEG-4. The wavelet technology selected
& incorporated by USA Video Interactive provides video images significantly
faster & at a higher degree of resolution than other methods such
as those used by Real Networks & other competitors.
USVO has fully operational, successful pilot systems in the education,
home-entertainment, & corporate training markets. Additional deployments,
sales, & contracts are scheduled for the first half of 1999 in the
airport security, sports, college, public education, home entertainment,
& advertising markets.
